Standard Cancellation and Refund Schedule
More than 72 Hours Before Charter
Eligible for: Complete refund less transaction fees
Processing Time: 5-7 business days
Processing Fee: €50 for card transactions
Conditions: Request must be made formally via email or contact number
24-72 Hours Before Charter
Eligible for: Half of the total charter cost
Processing Time: 7-10 business days
Processing Fee: €25 subtracted from the refund
Conditions: A valid justification is needed; admin charges apply
Less than 24 Hours Before Charter
Eligible for: No refund will be provided
Exception: Emergency situations might be taken into account
Alternative: At the discretion of management, a credit for chartering may be proposed
Conditions: Proof is necessary for emergency claims
Weather-Related Cancellations
Our Weather Guarantee
Safety stands as our foremost concern. In the event that the charter's captain, who is certified, deems the weather unsafe for sailing, we provide adaptable solutions:
- Full Refund: A total refund if rearrangement isn’t feasible
- Reschedule: Adjust the booking to an upcoming date at no additional charge
- Charter Credit: Issue a credit that is valid for one year from the initial charter date
Weather Assessment Process
A complete weather evaluation entails:
- Assessment of wind streams and paths
- Evaluation of sea conditions and wave metrics
- Visibility checks and precipitation prognoses
- Advisories and alerts from the Coast Guard
- Proficient captain's security judgment
Decision Timeline: Determinations concerning weather cancellations are formulated no more than 4 hours prior to the intended departure.
Medical Emergency Refunds
Emergency Circumstances
We acknowledge that emergencies of a medical nature can arise unexpectedly. The subsequent scenarios may be suitable for exceptional consideration:
- Unforeseen sickness or harm mandating hospital admission
- Passing of a close relative
- Enlistment draft or urgent summons for military service
- Legal summons for jury duty or a court appearance
- Natural calamities impeding travel
Documentation Requirements
For emergencies, the following evidence is required to facilitate a refund:
- Health certificate or hospital reports
- Obituary certification (if relevant)
- Formal military directives
- Summons to appear in court or for jury assignment
- Announcements for emergency or travel cautions
Processing: On submission of the correct documents, emergency refunds are addressed within 3-5 business days.
Operational Cancellations
Mechanical Issues
Should there be mechanical dilemmas with the booked vessel that can’t be resolved:
- Alternative Vessel: We will aim to supply a comparable substitute
- Full Refund: Granted when no appropriate alternative is accessible
- Partial Refund: Given if the substitute vessel has a different rate
- Compensation: Supplementary recompense may be considered for the inconvenience caused
Crew Unavailability
In exceptional instances where certified crew is not accessible:
- Efforts will be made to arrange alternative personnel if feasible
- Entire refund if the charter cannot proceed
- Opportunity to reschedule without extra costs

Payment Method
Refunds are returned utilizing the initial method of payment:
- Credit Cards: 5-7 business days
- Bank Transfers: 7-10 business days
- Cash/Cheque: 3-5 business days
Processing Fees
Credit Card Processing
€50 charge for cancellations setup more than 72 hours beforehand
Bank Transfer Processing
€25 charge for all reimbursements via bank transfer
International Processing
Auxiliary fees might be incurred for cross-border transactions
Charter Credits
When Credits Are Offered
Credits for future charters may be given as an alternative to monetary refunds under particular situations:
- Late cancellations (within 24 hours of scheduled time)
- Cancellations due to weather-related issues
- Voluntary changes initiated by the customer
- Service disruptions
Credit Terms
- Validity: One year from the date of issuance
- Transferability: Credits are not assignable to other individuals
- Value: Equal to the full cost of the charter, excluding transaction fees
- Usage: Applicable towards any available future charters
- Expiration: Credits must be used within 12 months with no extensions
Partial Service Refunds
Service Interruptions
For interruptions or reduced charter duration due to issues within our control:
- Proportionate reimbursement based on the portion of time not utilized
- Future charter credit equivalent in value
- Added complimentary offerings or upgrades
Guest-Related Interruptions
For charters cut short because of the actions or security concerns related to guests:
- No returns for the segment not used
- Complete payment is still due
- Extra fees could be imposed
Dispute Resolution
Should you take issue with a decision regarding your refund, the following steps are available:

- Present further evidence or documents
- Contact consumer protection organizations for assistance
- Engage in legal courses as per the relevant laws

- All appeals for refunds should be documented
- Refunds are executed in € separately from the payment's currency
- We fervently advise protecting your trip with insurance
- Notice of policy alterations will be made 30 days in advance
- Refunds are subjected to the applicable levy and guidelines
