Certain services have different inclusions — for instance, sunset trips provide top-tier beverages and snacks, while corporate rentals offer meeting spaces and corporate cuisine choices.
How much time ahead should I make a reservation?
We suggest making reservations 2–3 weeks in advance, particularly during the busy season (May–September). For business gatherings and private festivities, reserving 4–6 weeks prior can guarantee better availability and provides time for personalized arrangements.
What if the weather is unfavorable on the day of the charter?
Your safety is our foremost concern. In case of unsafe weather conditions as determined by our captain, we provide the option to reschedule to another suitable date or issue a total refund. We carefully observe the weather forecasts and will reach out to you if the weather seems doubtful 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure.
Am I allowed to supply my own meals and drinks?
Certainly, you may bring along your own foodstuff and non-alcoholic drinks. Besides, we provide exceptional catering services with customizable menu options to suit your tastes. Note that for safety reasons, it is not permitted to have glass containers on board.

We aim to cater to all of our guests. Various yachts in our fleet have differing levels of accessibility. It is advisable to contact us at the time of booking to discuss your specific requirements; we can then recommend an appropriate vessel and make the necessary arrangements.
Can you tell me about your cancellation policy?
If a cancellation happens 72 hours before departure or earlier, a full refund is given. Cancellations made between 24–72 hours before departure will receive a 50% reimbursement. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the departure are ineligible for a refund, except in cases of adverse weather conditions or mechanical failures from our side.
